Handi Kurniawan is an award-wining Indonesian Author, Educator, and global HR Executive who specializing in talent management, career management, leadership development, and cross-cultural management. He is well-known as the pioneer in globalizing Indonesian talent initiative.
Handi has lived and worked in five continents with various cultures. His professional working experience in highly respected companies such as General Electric, Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank and Sinarmas has allowed him in meeting and working with many best talent world-wide.
Handi earned Master of Educational Studies from the University of Michigan and MBA at the University of Western Australia. He also received post graduate diploma – scholarship award in Japan America Institute of Management Science, Hawai’i where he deepen his knowledge of the East & West management perspective in addition to Bachelor of Economics from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta.
